I am a proud East Bay local, born and raised in the Diablo Valley area near the foot of Mount Diablo, in the city of Concord. After graduating from Ygnacio Valley High School I attended San Diego State University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Sales and Marketing. Upon returning back to the Bay Area after college, I worked in the sporting goods industry for a few years before being recruited to work for Pepsi Cola. After 11 years of building rapport with both my co-workers and clients at Pepsi, I realized that I could pursue entrepreneurship and build a business much better than the restrictions the corporate world had to offer.
I became a full-time REALTOR® in 2004 and never looked back. My passion and dedication in real estate cultivated a thriving business model based on providing Great Service and building long-term relationships with my clients, rather than just closing transactions, equating to over 85% of my business generated from referrals.
All the years I've worked in real estate have helped me develop tremendous skills in marketing, promoting, and maximizing the exposure of my clients’ listings. I currently use state-of-the-art video virtual tours to promote all of my listings that include drone aerial video, customized property landing pages, and internet marketing linked to major social media sites and real estate-related apps. With the right tools and maximum exposure to the right buyers, I am able to deliver a higher sales price to my sellers. As for my buyers, I am able to deliver all listings available “real-time” and negotiate the best purchase price with the use of innovative technology, my real estate market expertise, and constant communication with all my clients.
When I'm not with my clients I usually spend the day out either enjoying the beautiful day or sunset by taking my boat out in the Delta, hiking the scenic views around East Bay and neighboring areas, playing golf and tennis, or enjoying the amazing California coast line in Carmel and Monterey.
